Taylors Lakes Football Club are proud to announce two milestones that were reached on the weekend.

5 May 2013

Josh Kimpton celebrated his 50th game with the lakers playing in the Under 18 division 1.Josh celebrated his big event with a run through banner, also he was clearly in the best votes and topped it all off with a great goal,. and who do you think the proud goal umpire was? thats right his dad. Lionheart reserve has never witnessed such a exicited waving of the flags.

The other milestone was celebrated by 150 gamer Bryce Healy. A former best and fairest at the club Bryce plays a brand of football that has been noticed by the Western Jets that eventually got him an invitation to train with them. He played along side Josh in the under 18's and produced a man of the match game scoring two goals in the process. Bryce is a natural leader and although his is a quiet person to talk to his actions speak for themselve. Like Josh Bryce's family are proud of the efforts he puts in and are always involved at Taylors Lakes Football Club.

Congratulations to Coach Guicas for the fine words at the start of the game and to his team for a great victory.

Wishing Jonah & Jesse speedy recoveries

All the Under 12 boys wish Jonah Winton a speedy recovery after fracturing his wrist in round 2 against Marby Park.  Jonah will hopefully be back in action in about 4 weeks time.

All the Under 16 boys wish Jesse Muratore a very speedy recovery as he goes into surgery today after having his wrist dislocated and broken in yesterdays game. Or thoughts are with you and we hope surgery goes well and we hope to see you back stronger than ever very soon.
